Blind Wine Tasting - can you spot the plonk?
A fun evening for friends to get together and take the blind tasting challenge - can you spot he plonk vs to good stuff?
This exciting new tasting gives you the chance to taste three examples of a popular reds and whites; some priced at around £5, others at around £15 - £20.
Here’s the twist…to taste and judge these wines fairly…the tasting will be conducted 'blind'. Don't worry... we won't be blindfolding anybody! Blind tasting means that the bottles will be covered to hide the identity of the wine. Which wine will be voted favourite on the night? Will it be obvious which wine is more expensive or will it be harder to tell? Do we always prefer the taste of more expensive wines? Does a wine twice as expensive really taste twice as good?
The evening includes tasting of six wines, a 2 hour tutored session, full tasting notes, tasting sheet, use of professional tastings glasses and nibbles.
